The British Snoring and Sleep Apnoea Association has selected the MotionWatch for Actigraphy in home sleep studies.
The British Snoring and Sleep Apnoea Association was formed in 1991 to help snorers and their bed partners to end the nights of disturbed and lost sleep, to end the bad feelings that often develop and to help them return again to peaceful nights together.
Actigraphy is commonly used to assist sleep specialists in the diagnosis of sleep disorders, and demonstrates clearly any night-to-night variability in both the quantity and quality of sleep.
