Actiwave Cardio software packages

The Cardio requires two types of software in order to both setup and analyse the data. All Actiwave docks are supplied with CamNtech Actiwave Setup Software and the user then has to choose which software package they wish to analyse the data in. Full details of both software packages are given below.

Important note on using the Actiwave Cardio Viewer Software

Please note that whilst it is possible to view files using the Cardio Viewer Software, it is essential that the Actiwave Control Software is also installed on the host PC if the user wishes to setup and download the Cardio.

Files are downloaded in EDF+ for viewing in a range of analysis software packages or in the Cardio Viewer Software

Analysis Software

By using an open data format (EDF+) to transfer the data from the Cardio, CamNtech has made the Cardio compatible with a large range of software analysis packages.

A simple, free software package for viewing and analysing EDF+ files, Polyman, is available to download from www.edfplus.info

Customers requiring more complex waveform analysis options can use any software package which is compatible with EDF+ files. One option available to purchase from CamNtech is the Biopac AcqKnowledge software full details of which are available from the Biopac website: www.biopac.com

Cardio Viewer Software
