Actiwatch Mini
CamNtech's Actiwatch Mini is designed specifically for animal use. For human actigraphy please see the MotionWatch 8 page here. Following discontinuation of the Actiwatch 4 and 7 CamNtech now sell MotionWatch 8 in all countries worldwide. Recent advances in accelerometer technology allow the MotionWatch 8 to offer triaxial acceleration, integral light sensor, direct USB connection negating the need for a reader with a standard lithium CR2032 user replaceable battery and a 6 month life.
The Actiwatch Mini is a miniature Actiwatch specifically designed for use with animals in veterinary applications. Its small size means that it can be used to record sleep, activity and circadian rhythm on animals of all sizes.
