Levels of Service
Three main levels of service are offered which range from supply of hardware and training, to a completely outsourced Actigraphy solution allowing companies to benefit from Actigraphy with minimal involvement.
Level One
- Supply and set up of all hardware
This includes the provision of watches, interface and software preinstalled on a portable PC
- User training and certification
Training can be carried out on site and includes training manuals and attendance certification
- Unlimited technical support
Full support is available via phone, email and on site if required
Level Two
- Supply and set up of all hardware
- User training and certification
- Unlimited technical support
- Provision of required data analysis service
Data collected by investigators is returned to CNT Clinical Services and analysed
- Provision of analysed data to statisticians
A detailed report on the selected parameters is supplied to the statisticians in any format required
Level Three
- Supply and handling of all the hardware
- User training and certification
- Unlimited technical support
- Provision of required data analysis service
- Provision of analysed data to statisticians
- Full setup, download and handling of Actiwatches
All hardware is held at CNT’s premises and all logistics and shipping are organised by CNT.
Watches are delivered to Monitor’s sites ready for use by the subject
